We make jewellery to live in, not lock away. Every Mivora piece is crafted in 92.5% sterling silver which is anti tarnish and layered with real 18kt gold. We stand behind our work with lifetime maintenance, a clear 1-year warranty on our product, from the day of delivery.
What “One Year Warranty” means:

What’s covered: Any manufacturing defect in the product (premature fading, flaking, or significant discoloration) reported within 12 months of delivery. We will repair or re-finish the piece at no charge (excluding return shipping ).

What’s not covered: Damage caused by chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, chlorinated water, sweat from heavy physical activity, misuse, or accidental damage. Tiny surface scratches are not covered.
What “Lifetime Maintenance” means
Mivora’s Lifetime Maintenance is our promise to keep your jewellery looking its best for life. When you choose Mivora, we’ll help with gentle cleaning, polishing, basic clasp/stone tightening, and re-finishing so your piece can be worn every day without worry.
Included, for life (subject to policy):

Complimentary cleaning & light polishing (one per year).

Complimentary tightening or minor repair of clasps/posts and stone settings (repair only; replacement parts may incur cost).

Discounted replating/re-finishing after warranty period.
What we do NOT cover under “lifetime maintenance”:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, modification, or improper care (e.g., swimming with jewellery, exposure to bleach/chemicals, industrial use).

Damage from routine wear beyond normal patina or from extreme abrasion. These are repairable but may be chargeable.
