Terms of service

1. Scope of Warranty 
Mivora warrants that its jewellery will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the 18kt gold layer such as premature peeling, flaking, or significant discoloration. 

2. Exclusions 
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, theft, damage caused by accident or misuse, exposure to chemicals (including perfumes, lotions, chlorine), improper storage, or unauthorized repair/alteration. 

3. Remedies 
If a covered defect is reported within 12 months, Mivora will, at its discretion, repair, replate or replace the item at no charge for labour and materials. Customer may be responsible for shipping/insurance unless otherwise agreed. 

4. Claim Procedure 
To make a claim, email *****@mivora.co with: order number, photos, and description. Mivora will respond in 48 hours with an assessment and instructions. 

5. Lifetime Maintenance 
Mivora offers a lifetime maintenance service for each piece sold. Routine cleaning & minor repairs are complimentary once per year; larger restorative services (replating after warranty period) may be subject to a service fee.
