How should I care my jewellery?

Remove pieces before showering, swimming, heavy exercise, or any activity that causes heavy sweating, and avoid exposing them to harsh chemicals (cleaners, chlorine, detergents). Store items separately to avoid rubbing. Always clean using a soft dry cloth. For maximum longevity, make your jewellery the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

What does “lifetime maintenance” actually cover?

What does the 1-Year Warranty cover?

We offer a 12-month warranty from the delivery date that covers manufacturing defects in the gold layer — such as premature fading, peeling or significant discoloration. If a defect is verified, we will repair or replate the piece free of charge.

Can i return or exchange my jewellery?

Yes. We offer a 14-day hassle-free return & exchange policy. Items must be returned unused and in original condition with tags/packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 days.
